Big update today. Had to stop myself from letting this get completely out of control after the scope exploded several times. Enjoy!

• added Visions 2 & 3
• Vision 2 does something weird to the core question ;)
• complete Vision 3 to unlock a new way of unlocking things
• new minigame!
• added inventory system
• "No Junk" upgrade no longer removes logs from the percolator (this is good I promise)
• milkshakes have a new hidden functionality ;)
• meditations have a new hidden functionality ;)
• fixed some bugs with visions
• added more possible encounters in the red room
• can now "find the game" in the red room
• added an "escape progress" metric to the red room (let me know if you hit 25/25 and I'll salute you)
